SWIFTREACH is the  notification system we use to contact you in case of an emergency, such as a boil advisory or known service outage, and also to issue limited reminders about things like our annual  meeting, or to tell you about an unscheduled office closure. Being able to contact you directly is very important in case there is an emergency. You can use this tool to update your contact information any time.

1. Register

​2. Check your e-mail and enter the code you received.

​3. Add or change your contact information. You can use the "Add subscriptions" option to choose the street your service address is on to receive only alerts that affect you.
